As an English language learner, you have many goals. Some of those goals might involve education beyond high school or GED. In other words, you may desire to someday enroll in a college or university in order to receive some specific career training. There are many different types of institutions for higher learning, including public universities, private colleges, community colleges, and trade or technical schools. Or, maybe you have no interest in attending college in the future, but you have children, teenagers perhaps, who are beginning to explore the idea of attending university or college after high school.
