Being able to properly use grammar is an important skill to have. Well, most of the jobs today are heavily focused on communication skills. If you are a person who is not very good with the English grammar, that you have a slightly lower chance of landing a job. In my opinion, learning English is a great investment and it can help you along the way. It does not take much effort, in fact, you can learn grammar on your own.
